Alright, I'm sick of anime fans being called - or judged as - weeaboos.
THIS is a weeaboo.
+Uses japanese words randomly in english sentences, such as
*Kawaii!
*Sugoi!!
*Watashi wa ___!
* adding DESU to the end of sentences.
+Watching anime in english, and only the following anime.
*Naruto
*Ouran Host Club
*Death Note
*FLCL
Or with subtitles. It's quite redundant to watch anime in japanese with subtitles; just watch it in English, there's no difference.
Any anime in english from 2003 to present is terrible. (with the obvious exception of Ghost In The Shell 1.5: Human-Error Processor ((By now you have probably guessed that I am a fan of Ghost In the Shell...guilty as charged.) and Appleseed.)
+Eating any food with chopsticks.
+Eating Ramen noodles whenever given the oppurtunity. This will make you fat, people. Ramen noodles =/= healthy food. Ramen noodles = starch and sodium.
+Following anime or manga series by only their North American releases.
+Claiming you know japanese because you read the subtitles on your shitty anime VERY CLOSELY LOL.
+Not reading manga because your dyslexic or some other bullshit reason.
+Using Ascii emoticons at the end of every sentence because everyone has to know your expression in annoying long mixtures of letters and numbers.

+Not paying attention to your typing because you're too busy telling everyone about how hot Sasuke is.
+Making up slash relationships with the most random characters, like Konohamaru/Orochimaru or...ew, actually thats pretty gross.
+Has an iPod filled with nothing but anime opening and ending title songs. Really high pitched squeaky girly ones too.

An actual anime fan takes time spelling, thinks about their thoughts before they post something, follow series usually by their original sources (MANGA) and living life as a normal person. They may cosplay sometimes, or go to conventions every so often, hang up posters or eat japanese food every once and a while, but they are 95% of the time nice, tolerable people, and perhaps a tad bit geeky.
